"This was one of the best service companies I have ever had in my home....."
I cannot say enough about the service provided by Advantage Air Heating & Cooling in Lisle. Our AC went out on a Sunday and we contacted them for a quick repair. They came out on a Sunday, worked on our aging AC system for more than 3 hours and got it working, but ultimately they were unable to fix the original issue given the age of our system. Despite a heavy schedule, they returned the next day, replacing our AC unit.
While swapping out our AC unit, Kelly saw additional issues to our furnace and ductwork and spent 4-5 hours repairing the poor workmanship provided by an agent of our home warranty company. The shotty workmanship was contributing to our less than optimum air circulation and Kelly and Steve repaired the system after replacing the AC unit. Unnecessary, but much appreciated as they saw a problem and fixed it.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service, quick response and trustworthy personnel. This was one of the best service companies I have ever had in my home.

"Calling Advantage Air was the best decision we made...."
Professional, reliable, honest, knowledgeable and hard working is what you can expect from the team at Advantage Air Heating & Cooling in Lisle. We were impressed with how they did everything possible to save our old and worn out air conditioner, never pressured us into getting a new one even though it was over 25 years old and still did all they could to save it....but we knew it was time to replace it. Within a week or so we called Advantage back and they presented us with our options and because they offered us such a good deal we decided to replace our furnace as well.
They were ready to install everything right away and did the entire job in one day... a Saturday no less at no extra charge! They took great care to protect our home while they worked, hauled the old stuff away and cleaned up afterwards.
It was a wise decision for us to replace everything all at once but calling Advantage Air to do the job was the best decision we made. It is very reassuring to know there are honest, reliable professionals who take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Oh, and one more amazing thing you can count on, they show up when they say they will. Whaaaat?!! Yes, that's right, in fact they were even arrived a bit early....now THAT'S amazing!

Highly recommend these guys! They were fabulous and life savers today. The office responded super fast with a quote. Guys were out within an hour and recommended a new furnace as ours was 20 years old and in pretty bad shape. They did great job explaining issues and very personable with great customer service. They put us as priority since we had no heat and 20 degrees outside and having 3 kiddos in the house.
They did great job and cleaned up after themselves. Didn't try to sell us crap we didn't need . Won't use anybody else from here on out.
PS. I originally called Four Seasons this morning and I've yet to get call back. Thank you guys

I had to work an air conditioning issue from out of state for my parents. Advantage Air Heating & Cooling in Lisle fit us into their schedule to inspect the very old system. As I suspected the system needed replacement. They were able to come out the next morning, a Saturday, and install the new system, keeping my elderly parents cool in the heat of august. They kept me informed throughout the process. Steve onsite, and Tess in The office. This ended up being a full furnace and AC replacement. I can't thank them enough for their help through this process

Advantage Air Heating & Cooling in Lisle was exceptional to work with. Our heating unit went out this past winter and they gave us the best options for a new furnace. They are extremely honest and prompt with their services. Tess in the office was always available to answer questions and is extremely knowledgeable.
We also used Advantage Air Heating & Cooling to have our air conditioner maintenance done recently and once again they were very professional and prompt with their services. I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future needs.

"We are so thankful for Advantage Air doing a thorough safety check....."
We scheduled a furnace cleaning with Advantage Air Heating & Cooling Lisle a few weeks ago to make sure our furnace was working properly and safe for the coming cold winter. The first thing our Tech did was a safety check for carbon monoxide and when he put his meter at one of the vents, the numbers went higher and higher and then the alarm on the meter went off due to dangerous CO level. We had no idea that our furnace was not safe and leaking carbon monoxide in to our house because we had a CO detector which hadn't gone off but we found out from our Tech that CO detectors only last for 5-7 years and need to be replaced after 5 years otherwise they might not pick up any CO in the air.
Our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide due to a cracked heat exchanger plus it was pretty old furnace, so it had to be shut off immediately and not used. Luckily it was not super cold temps outside yet but Advantage Air still came back out first thing the next morning and installed a new furnace with a 10 year warranty and lifetime heat exchanger warranty so now we can sleep easy knowing we are safe and warm!
We are so thankful for Advantage Air doing a thorough safety check and making our furnace replacement a priority to get it done right away.

"We are very pleased with the prompt response...."
Our house was not getting enough heat. We called a few places but they couldn't come out until Monday. We got a hold of Advantage Air who came out in 2 hours. After inspecting our furnace, our tech quoted repair costs vs. installing a new one since it was very old. We chose to get a new high efficiency furnace instead of doing repairs.
They gave us a special deal on doing the AC at the same time and they were able to get everything installed the next day on Saturday. We are very pleased with the prompt response and the equipment works beautifully.

Our furnace went out after the crazy polar vortex this winter. Our neighbor recommended Advantage Air Heating and Cooling in Naperville who'd replaced their furnace a couple years ago. The tech who came out to give us a quote was friendly and helpful; he was patient and answered all our questions about options, brands and prices. He explained about upgrading to a high-efficiency furnace.
We ended up replacing both the furnace and the air conditioner(we were anticipating issues with the air since it's so old). They gave us a great deal on doing both at the same time! On the day of the install, the techs showed up on time, were polite, got it all done that day and left everything clean. We took advantage of their 0% financing so we could get it all done right away.
We are very happy with the new equipment, price and service by Advantage Air! Their office even took care of doing the warranty registration for the extended parts warranty. Would definitely recommend. Great job!

I called yesterday because my air conditioning unit went out on a condo I own. Tess was very nice and knowledgeable when I explained the issue. She sent the technician out within an hour and kept me informed throughout the process.

"24/7 Emergency Service for no heat emergencies....."
This morning I woke up to a cold house and a thermostat that read 54*. All I could think was oh no it's the day after Thanksgiving and I'm going to be freezing all day due to a major holiday! I went on-line and found Advantage Air Heating & Cooling's website located in Lisle which isn't far from my house..
They offered 24/7 emergency service for no heat emergencies so I called and they answered. Their Tech came very quick and found a bad ignitor plus the furnace badly needed to be cleaned so he got it done and I was so grateful to feel the house heat up right away!!!
I was so relieved that it was only a minor repair and they were not pushy at all!!! ( Don't you hate like you are being sold something you don't need especially an entire furnace!!!!)
They checked the whole furnace over and said I should get a few more years out of it but to start thinking about a replacement so I have time to start saving when the time does arrive. I will definitely be calling Advantage Air Lisle when it comes time to do the job for me. I am so grateful for such quality service.

Great company! Phone call was answered within fifteen minutes (and we called after 9 pm). The woman on the phone tried to help me fix it myself and reviewed all the possible things that could be wrong. Unfortunately, we lived out of their service area, so they couldn't come out, but she told me what she thought would be wrong and how much I could expect to pay. She called me back and told me the part that we likely needed replaced so we could tell another repair place. She spent a lot of time helping me while knowing we weren't in their service area.
Overall, an amazing experience!

Our AC broke on one of the hottest days and on a Sunday. We called Advantage Air Heating & Cooling in Lisle and they were able to come out that same day. There was a $75 fee, but it was totally worth it.
The guy who came was so nice and gave us tips on the unit. We will definitely be calling them for our regular service.

Advantage Air Heating & Cooling Naperville has been tremendously helpful this past winter. We recently moved into a house built in the 1970s and were told the furnace was about 5 years old. We didn't anticipate having any problems but the first sign of trouble occurred when I went to update the thermostat in the house. A problem with the wiring happened and we were left without heat right before the "Polar Vortex." Kelly showed up within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening, fixed the problem, and charged us a reasonable price. He was fantastic.
He told us that he noticed the furnace was too big for our house and would likely need to be replaced within a few years. A month or so later, we discovered that the heating mechanism was broken. While the parts were still under warranty with a previous company, it would have been cost prohibitive with the labor. We decided to purchase a new one.
Advantage Air Heating & Cooling was remarkably less expensive than the other quote we received and they installed a humidifier at cost for us with the furnace install. The entire team was extremely professional, patient, and easy to work with.... and the office Managers was awesome in coordinating all of the events and I couldn't be happier. They made it clear that our satisfaction was their top priority. Great to work with and great work!

Heard from my room mate that this company was excellent. They didn't have a card for us but told him there was an ad on the craigslist. I couldn't be happier with the service. They answered the phone at 9 at night we expected an answering machine. Kelly was out to look at our furnace and had the new one installed the next day. Best of all they showed up on time. They even registered it for me and sent it in an email...I would have been lost trying to register it. Thank God there are still honest people out there!
